STRESS MANAGEMENT FOR OVERWORKED STUDENTS

(Joanna Hill, Health Educator)
When you're working hard and time gets tight, what gives? Too often it's our health, our "me time", and we can lose track of what is really important to us. We'll discuss planning, prioritizing, and taking care of ourselves so that we can be balanced, healthy assets to ourselves and those who count on our leadership.
