Wellness Program
The wellness program is designed to motivate and assist sutdents with their balance of physical, mental, and social life at UCSB. It encourages students to be proactive in using the abundance of wellness resources available to them in our community. Our website combines over 40 event calendars which makes it easy to find all of the fun things to do in our community. You can also join our Facebook group, "Got Balance? UCSB Wellness" for weekly highliughts, to learn more about wellness, and connect to wellness resources on and off campus. Three weekly drop-in centers around campus allow students more access to wellness experts, including our free massage every Wednesday at the UCEN from 12-1pm. The wellness program provides a chance at winning all kinds of free stuff (like bikes, IPODs, skateboards, sailing tickets, books, adventure program and more) just for signing attendance sheets at "Passport to Wellness" programs.
