Students who have withdrawn or who have had their registration lapse or cancelled for a given quarter may be seen at the Student Health Service on a fee-for-service basis. At the discretion of the Student Health Service practitioner, students may be seen as a follow-up patient for the cost of a follow-up appointment, per current fee schedule. Each practitioner will determine how many follow-up visits will be needed until alternative transitional care may be found.

Care will not be extended beyond the subsequent quarter unless the student is enrolled
